Adega Valdés is the reflection of the vocation and labour of the Valdés family, which has owned 20 hectares of vineyards on the banks of the river Ulla for over 30 years. In 2001, with the extension of Rías Baixas Denominación de Origen (Designation of

Origin) to this area, the winery was founded, to combine family tradition with the most innovative wine production techniques.
