The entire production of Adega Valdés comes from its own vineyards. The grape which is harvested quintessentially on the property is the “albariño” variety, the alma mater of its leading brand, Gundian.

The Winery also has an extensive area given over to the “treixadura” variety, which enables it to manufacture pluri-varietal wines with different aromatic intensities.
